Lead Digital Customer Growth partner responsible for driving AT&T's digital internet retention strategy across a broad portfolio of products and strategic initiatives. This role involves shaping and executing digital strategies to strengthen customer retention, identifying growth opportunities, and streamlining execution. Key responsibilities include managing digital retention strategy for Broadband, identifying development needs in app and web, gathering insights to improve customer experience, understanding customer behavior, establishing and optimizing A/B testing strategies, and working with propensity models to include AI for retention performance. The role also involves monitoring campaign KPIs, increasing CLTV, reducing churn, and collaborating with various teams including marketing, insights, brand, content management, personalization, development, engineering, data and analytics, CARE, and CLM marketing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the digital retention strategy for Broadband
  2. Identify development work needed within app and web for potential engagement, offer inclusion, churn models, etc.
  3. Establish, implement, and optimize A/B testing strategies and work across propensity models to build, optimize and include AI to drive retention performance
  4. Monitor campaign KPIs and report key issues and performance to key stakeholders
  5. Increase CLTV and reduce churn through engaging customer and repeat purchases
