Lead Digital Customer Growth - New Platforms role focused on identifying, developing, and growing AT&T's platforms, including emerging technologies like AR/VR and conversational AI, and building new digital capabilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and develop strategies for how our existing platforms should be used as well as anticipating growth in emerging platforms such as AR/VR, conversational AI, post-app platforms, and off-domain environments (e.g., Reddit, Discord, Quora).
  2. Maintain a strong understanding of evolving development, MarTech, AdTech, and content management tools.
  3. Partner with analytics teams on test-and-learn pilots on new technologies, platforms, and ecosystems.
  4. Build digital growth plans rooted in cultural relevance, influencer engagement, and deep audience understanding—especially across Gen Z and younger millennial audiences.
  5. Act as the center point of teams that include development, program management, product management, design, and UX.

Skills

Required

  • Understanding of how exceptional apps, web sites, and emerging digital properties are designed and built
  • Experience with omnichannel environments, immersive content, dynamic/adaptive interfaces, NLP, spatial computing, and multimodal interfaces
  • Familiarity with developer ecosystems, SDKs, and API integrations
  • Strong understanding of digital community platforms and cultural trends
