Lead Digital Project Manager for Caterpillar's Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD), overseeing the planning, organization, and implementation of complex digital projects within the Service Events Domain. This role requires driving execution of cross-functional initiatives, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

  5. Enabling teams to execute effectively, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers and working hands-on to remove them

  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working partnerships across business units, dealers, and peer groups
  • Clear understanding of customer and dealer needs, with the ability to apply that perspective to support practical and commercially effective solutions
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, bringing structure and clarity without relying on predefined processes
