Lead Employee Success People Consultant

Salesforce is seeking an Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) to join their LATAM team. This role will partner with HR business partners, leverage AI tools for data-driven insights in HR programs, and provide HR guidance to people managers. The ideal candidate will have an agentic mindset, strong analytical and project management skills, and experience with HR technology and AI-driven tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with ESBPs to support and lead ES cyclical programs at the regional and country level.
  2. Support, drive, leverage AI tools in the flow of work and provide data-driven insights to guide ES programs such as Talent Review, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Business Reviews, and ad hoc reporting needs, working in close partnership with ESBPs.
  3. Conduct audits and process reviews to drive process improvement, ensure program effectiveness and compliance with local labor regulations.
  4. Serve as the primary ES point of contact in the country under the direction of the country/regional ESBP, collaborating with ESBPs and cross-functional teams to drive country-specific initiatives, enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance, and provide comprehensive ES support.
  5. Collaborate with One ES (CoEs and other ES teams) to drive the success of HR initiatives in LATAM while ensuring alignment with global HR strategy.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in HR roles
  • Strong ability to learn and leverage HR technology and AI-driven tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take initiative, anticipate needs, and drive outcomes end-to-end with minimal direction
  • Strong ability to manage, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent ability to present information persuasively and collaborate effectively
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices in Mexico, including labor laws, talent management, and compensation strategies
  • Strong multitasking and program management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data and maintain discretion
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive meaningful impact
  • Strong understanding of company's culture
  • English proficiency
  • Spanish fluency required
