  3. Coach and support junior Engagement Managers, acting as a go-to resource for peers on complex projects.
  4. Shape account strategy to align with client goals and lead the sales of complex Professional Services & Training (PS&T) offerings.
  5. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.
