What you'd actually do

  3. Oversee and guide the system integration, verification, and validation processes, including test plan development, execution, and defect resolution.
  4. Conduct technical reviews and assessments of design documents, test reports, and other project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
  5. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the product development lifecycle.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering or product development
  • Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of complex medical devices or healthcare systems
  • Strong understanding of system engineering principles and methodologies (e.g., V-model, requirements management, risk analysis)
  • Expertise in defining system architectures, interfaces, and protocols
  • Experience with medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, CE, NMPA) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485)
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion) and/or system modeling tools (e.g., SysML, UML)
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
