Lead Enterprise Advisory Consultant

This role is a Lead Enterprise Advisory Consultant at DocuSign, focusing on developing the Enterprise Advisory Program in Asia. It involves management consulting, value selling, and enterprise architecture to influence large sales engagements and drive growth. The consultant will work with customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify strategic objectives, develop ROI models, build business value propositions, and support sales teams. The role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, executive presentation abilities, and experience in management consulting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with the customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand how Docusign technologies help customers meet their strategic objectives and provide value by identifying and understanding key industry and business drivers, developing compelling industry points of view and driving executive level conversations
  2. Identify target operational and financial metrics impacted by Docusign’s solutions and use these metrics to develop ROI / Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Order of magnitude models to quantify the value of Docusign’s System of Agreement platform
  3. Build business value propositions including development of strategic account plans, formulating value hypothesis, business case justifications, and crafting compelling proposals to C-Level executives
  4. Perform industry and account research and analysis to help develop a point of view on how Docusign can help customers achieve their strategic objectives
  5. Support sales in understanding key account opportunities, white-spacing, stakeholder mapping and resource mobilisation

Skills

Required

  • Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (business, finance, economics, math, engineering, marketing) or related area
  • 4+ years of management consulting experience with a leading international consulting firm and/or equivalent
  • Excellent executive presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Mastery of Financial modelling
  • Data visualisation
  • Ability to incorporate data into compelling storylines for executive-level conversations

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of professional related experience
  • Experience in Sales/Industry Solutions/Value Engineering or Business Transformation
  • MBA
  • Demonstrated skills in design and facilitation of executive-level workshops
  • Ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various levels of functional knowledge
  • Ability to work across multiple functions/disciplines/cultures/geographies in a highly collaborative and engaging fashion
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining effective customer relationships
  • A self-starter who thrives in a high growth, fast-paced software company
  • Ability to travel as required when the situation permits (less than 50% typical)
