Lead a team of Franchise Account Executives to grow DoorDash's Drive business by executing strategy and project planning for large restaurant groups. This role involves people management, building efficiency, influencing cross-functional teams, and strategizing to increase revenue and improve team performance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a team — Take ownership of a team of Franchise Account Executives and hold accountability for their success.
  2. Bring the energy — You're the culture carrier.
  3. Build efficiency — Identify process gaps and build simple, repeatable systems that make the team faster.
  4. Influence — Work with our Drive, Content, S&O, and Post Sale teams to ensure merchants have the best possible experience when onboarding into DoorDash's services.
  5. Strategize — Balance multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously — increasing revenue, improving team performance, and fully augmenting stores on Drive — without losing sight of the details.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in client success, account management, or sales
  • Early people management experience, with demonstrated readiness to grow into a formal leadership role
  • Proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions
  • Strong operational instincts — you spot inefficiencies and fix them
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills
  • Use of AI to improve workflows and increase team productivity/efficiency

Nice to have

  • High growth or early-stage startup experience
  • Experience with marketplaces, operations, logistics or unit economics
