This role is for a Lead Field Marketing & Events Manager at Snorkel AI, a company focused on enterprise AI data. The primary responsibility is to own and execute the company's in-person and hybrid event strategy, including planning, managing, and executing various events to drive lead generation, strengthen the AI community, and amplify Snorkel's market presence. What you'd actually do

  1. Plan, manage, and execute a full calendar of events including industry conferences, trade shows, Snorkel-hosted meetups, our annual user conference, and partner co-marketing activations.
  2. Design and run regional field programs that support pipeline generation and accelerate deals in partnership with the sales team.
  3. Build and nurture Snorkel's presence in the broader AI and ML community through meetups, developer-focused events, and grassroots activations that foster genuine connection and dialogue.
  4. Collaborate with technology and channel partners on joint events and co-branded experiences that extend reach and credibility.
  5. Own the events budget, negotiate contracts with venues and vendors, and ensure every dollar drives measurable impact.

Skills

Required

  • 5–7 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing in B2B technology, SaaS, or AI/ML
  • Proven track record of planning and executing events end-to-end — from large-scale conferences and trade shows to curated executive dinners and community meetups
  • Experience supporting sales pipeline goals through field programs and regional activations
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable partnering with sales, partnerships, product, and creative teams
  • A sharp eye for experience design — you care deeply about the attendee journey, from signage and swag to content and conversation flow
  • Familiarity with event management platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation systems

  • Experience with community-building programs, developer events, or technical audiences is a strong plus
