  1. Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team.
  2. Owns the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, coordinated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
  3. Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment
  4. Exercises judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations.
  5. Self-starter that provides direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.
