Lead Games Title Product Manager, Portfolio at Netflix, responsible for scaling the games portfolio by building and running cross-portfolio product operating systems, defining KPIs, and leading horizontal initiatives. This role requires deep cross-functional partnership with Data Science & Engineering, Finance & Strategy, and Marketing to improve measurement, decision-making, and execution across game titles.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and run cross-portfolio product operating systems that improve speed and consistency across the slate (e.g., KPI definitions, instrumentation norms, dashboards, reads, decision forums, and performance cadences).
  2. Partner deeply with Data Science & Engineering (DSE) to define and operationalize vertical KPI frameworks, ensure measurement quality, and create durable product performance rituals.
  3. Partner deeply with Finance & Strategy (F&S) to establish operating cadence and the mechanisms for how Games Product plugs into planning and reporting.
  4. Own portfolio governance frameworks including scoring, tiering, and resourcing recommendations, and help drive quarterly rebalancing aligned to impact.
  5. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder horizontal initiatives that require PM rigor and continuity — for example, ironing out and operationalizing a UA Optimization model and related decision-making processes in partnership with F&S, DSE, and Marketing.
