What you'd actually do

  1. Establish the global reliability strategy, with predictive maintenance and advanced analytics as the long‑term north star.
  2. Lead identification, development, and deployment of reliability technologies (PdM, condition monitoring, AI/ML insights, sensor technologies, digital twins).
  3. Accelerate adoption of scalable, practical technologies that measurably enhance equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
  4. Partner with sites to identify critical reliability risks and lead high‑visibility, high‑value reliability programs focused on chronic issues, systemic failures, and performance bottlenecks.
  5. Build global standards, frameworks, and best practices for reliability, including RCA, asset criticality, and lifecycle reliability processes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical discipline
  • 10–15+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or technical operations in regulated manufacturing environments
  • Strong expertise in predictive maintenance technologies, condition monitoring, and digital reliability tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑site reliability programs and deliver measurable performance improvements
  • Experience with RCA methodologies, criticality analysis, lifecycle asset management, and reliability frameworks
  • Familiarity with digital systems such as CMMS, asset‑performance platforms, and industrial data architectures
  • Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills with ability to collaborate across functions and global teams
  • Strong business and operational acumen
