This role is a Growth Manager for the Payments, Lending & Telco division at Socure, a company focused on identity verification. The role sits at the intersection of GTM execution and strategy, supporting leadership by driving operational rigor, enabling customer-facing deliverables, developing AI tooling, and identifying growth opportunities. It's described as a generalist role, acting as a chief of staff for the GM, and involves project management, pipeline hygiene, cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and supporting AI tool development and automation strategies. What you'd actually do

  1. Own project management of key deliverables including revenue analysis, QBRs, innovation roadshows, renewals, POV readouts, and RFPs
  2. Lead efforts to maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy
  3. Act as liaison with Marketing on campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
  4. Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  5. Support development and implementation of AI tools and automation strategies

Skills

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience (or 1–2 years post-MBA) in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other a highly analytical role
  • Experience working in demanding, high-performance environments
  • Highly analytical with strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail with a bias toward action
