What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a senior point of contact for complex HR queries and lifecycle transactions, ensuring they are completed in line with established global processes.
  2. Execute a multi-year strategy for the HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), transitioning from decentralized local models to a unified global hub.
  3. Drive the "Global Standard" by minimizing local exceptions and ensuring all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are documented and followed.
  4. Optimize the use of HR technology (e.g., Workday, Freshservice etc to streamline workflows ,improve the user interface and thereby improve Employee Experience.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the design of future-state solutions that enhance end-to-end HR service delivery.

Skills

Required

  • 6 years of HR Operations/Shared Services experience
  • Strong understanding of European regional requirements (UK, France, Germany)
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Professional fluency in French (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
  • Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle
  • Ability to navigate global stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of employment laws (Germany, France, UK)
  • Deep understanding of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
  • Experience with global process excellence methodologies
  • Detail-oriented
  • Results-driven
  • CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice certification
