What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a high-performing team of Account Managers and Partner Managers to deliver against quarterly revenue targets for the Greater China markets.
  2. Liaise and serve as the key point of contact for key agencies in the Greater China Region ; develop, maintain and deepen the relationships with the senior stakeholders of Pinterest’s sales partners.
  3. Develop and deploy acquisition and retention sales strategy & programs that drive results for Pinterest’s sales partners.
  4. Implement processes and strategies at scale to grow revenue and empower the team to operate at scale.
  5. Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.
  • Well-acquainted with the export advertising business of the Greater China market; experienced in working with sales partners in the Greater China area.
  • A data-driven leader with the ability to lead teams against aggressive goals.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others.
  • Experience in process management, operations management, and understanding how to grow and scale businesses.
  • Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate them into action plans.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Business proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software.
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered analytics platforms to identify trends, segment audiences, and optimize campaign strategies for clients.
  • Experience utilizing AI-based creative tools to produce, test, and refine advertising content, and deliver data-backed recommendations for creative optimization.
  • Comfortable with 30% of travel time.
  • BA/BS degree.
