As a Lead IT Analyst - Procurement - S4 Transformation here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leading and contributing to critical IT projects within the procurement function, specifically focusing on the S4 Transformation initiative. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze IT systems, identify innovative solutions, and provide valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive the success of procurement technology transformations.
You will report directly to our Director of IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the successful execution of procurement IT projects by leveraging your expertise in IT analysis and transformation initiatives. Your leadership will ensure alignment with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the organization's technology roadmap within the procurement domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an architect responsible for designing, documenting, and evolving enterprise architecture aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
- Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities, address challenges, and drive innovation
- Evaluate and select technology solutions ensuring scalability, security, and compliance
- Lead architecture governance for consistency and compliance
- Define and prioritize architecture related projects and resources aligning with business objectives
- Act as a subject matter expert in enterprise architecture, providing guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience in IT analysis, project participation, or related roles within procurement or transformation projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills focused on procurement IT systems and transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques relevant to procurement technology and S4 Transformation projects.
- Experience with procurement IT platforms, ERP systems such as SAP S4/HANA, and transformation methodologies.
