Lead IT Architect at Honeywell, responsible for designing and evolving the technology landscape, aligning architecture with business goals, and ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Specifically, the Lead Solution Architect in the HR Technology Domain will shape the architecture for HR business processes, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead the integration of Oracle Integration Cloud and AI/ML technologies to enhance HR processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Actively participate in the Architecture Team to ensure the right architecture is achieved through collaboration with other architects.
  2. Lead the Project Start Architecture and provide high-level solution direction.
  3. Ensure that architectural artifacts are actively maintained in the common Architecture Repository.
  4. Assist in maintaining the architecture for your Service and drive modernization by working with the development and infrastructure teams.
  5. Perform ongoing architecture quality review activities for domain-specific projects/programs.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 or more years of professional IT experience in large-scale business systems environments, with hands-on experience as an architect.
  • Experience in End-to-End Ecosystems for Human Resources, including technology strategy, roadmap, governance, and expectation management.
  • Familiarity and experience integrating ERP with master data systems and integration platforms.
  • Experience overseeing/implementing architecture of at least three End-to-End HCM implementations, preferably in Oracle Cloud, for global multinationals.
  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, along with knowledge of EA tools for modeling architecture.
  • Advanced English Level

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud experience are preferred.
  • Experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
