Lead Learning Consultant role focused on facilitating and delivering training programs for clients adopting Oracle's electronic health record solutions, requiring expertise in adult learning, client communication, and change management within a federal customer context.

What you'd actually do

  1. Facilitate training sessions for clients, delivering product knowledge and best practices tailored to their unique environment.
  2. Design and deliver training programs, including "train-the-trainer" sessions.
  3. Conduct both in-person and virtual training across various skill levels for a range of business needs including deployment, go live or across lines of business.
  4. Support ongoing learning initiatives to keep the team updated.
  5. Serve as a primary point of contact during client training engagements, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
