What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external executive stakeholders, including client leadership and C-suite partners, to achieve project and business objectives.
  2. Direct, mentor, and coach teams of Learning Leaders, site leads, trainers, and adoption coaches responsible for delivering successful client learning engagements and measurable outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to establish and execute client learning vision, strategy, methodologies, objectives, and processes.
  4. Develop, manage, and execute highly complex project plans and learning strategies that maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and align with contractual commitments.
  5. Proactively identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and client concerns requiring leadership attention to ensure project health and delivery success.
