Responsibilities include leading enterprise-level pilots, owning client use cases, acting as a thought partner, delivering executive presentations, influencing internal teams, representing the voice of the customer, refining team processes, and managing/developing Legal Engineers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leading enterprise-level pilots and implementations across multiple stakeholders and products, from discovery through go-live, with clear success metrics.
  2. Owning priority client use cases end-to-end , shaping scalable onboarding and implementation frameworks.
  3. Acting as a senior thought partner to clients, building trusted relationships with partners, legal ops, and innovation leaders.
  4. Delivering executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations, clearly articulating value and handling complex objections.
  5. Influencing internal teams (Product, Go-to-Market, Customer Success) on implementation strategy, setup, and handover.
