Lead Logistics Vendor Management - Reverse Logistics

Lead reverse logistics programs for finished goods, scaling operations, building forecasts, establishing processes, and ensuring effective reporting across vendor networks. This role involves strategic program leadership, vendor management and performance oversight, process design and optimization, contract negotiation and compliance, project execution, and analytics and problem resolution within the supply chain.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead reverse logistics programs for finished goods, scaling operations, building forecasts, establishing processes, and ensuring effective reporting across vendor networks
  2. Build and maintain strategic relationships with logistics vendors, monitor performance against service-level targets, and implement corrective actions to drive accountability
  3. Define, design, and implement logistics processes and strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support key business objectives
  4. Lead vendor contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards; provide supporting financial analysis
  5. Lead multiple concurrent logistics initiatives, partner with internal stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert supporting supply chain strategy and product launches

Skills

Required
