What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians and electricians
  2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including: 3-phase power (208V, 240V, 480V), Motors, VFDs, PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred), Control panels and instrumentation
  3. Maintain and improve critical production equipment such as mixers, dosing systems, cure systems, and inspection equipment
  4. Support facility systems, including electrical distribution and HVAC (Daikin or similar systems)
  5. Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and drive reliability improvements

Skills

Required

  • Certified Electrician (Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred)
  • 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • 3-phase electrical systems
  • Motor controls and troubleshooting
  • PLC basics and control systems
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Electrical safety and LOTO procedures
  • Reading schematics and technical documents

Nice to have

  • HVAC certification or hands-on experience
  • Experience in high-safety or regulated environments
  • Experience with VFDs, instrumentation, and automation systems
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems
