Lead Manager for Organic Social Media at AT&T, responsible for developing and executing social media strategy, creating content, collaborating with agencies and internal teams, and using data-driven insights to optimize performance. This role focuses on brand relevance and cultural conversations across various social platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Approach AT&T Business handles as a creator would! Develop unique, breakthrough thumb-stopping content for bespoke platforms. Lead and execute strategy for branded social media channels that include creative, messaging, production, distribution, engagement, talent/influence, paid media reporting, insights and governance for business priorities.
  2. Content may be extensions of aligned to pivotal campaign launches, moments that tap into community interests or experiences at the intersection of culture to increase brand relevance and enter cultural conversations or evergreen content which is pre-planned to serve personifying the brand and resonate with our target audiences.
  3. Collaborate with agency teams and external influencers and creators for best-in-class content creation and partner with internal Public Relations, Brand, Design & Marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across owned, earned and paid channels.
  4. Maintain for your assigned platforms a conversation calendar that outlines content themes, posting schedules and key dates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and relevant content delivery. Monitor and adjust the calendar based on performance metrics, trends and company priorities.
  5. Use data-driven insights to optimize content, identify trends and inform future strategies. Track, analyze and report on key impacts.
