Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Wilson, North Carolina, to perform manufacturing procedures and execute scheduled tasks within a GMP environment. Responsibilities include quality control, compliance, safety, documentation, equipment maintenance, and process improvement suggestions. The role requires 4+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry, with a High School Diploma (Associate's degree desirable). Knowledge of cGMPs is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Independently execute manufacturing or manufacturing-support processes according to standard operating procedures and current curriculum.
  2. Support schedule adjustments to meet production, material receipt and shipping requirements.
  3. Retrieve and analyze trend charts and process data on trained procedures.
  4. Verify and enter production parameters per SOP and Batch Records.
  5. Accurately complete documentation in SOP’s, logbooks and other GMP documents and/or systems.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and or military experience.
  • High School Diploma required
  • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Follow instructions, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships, collaborate effectively, and work well within a team while treating others with dignity and respect.
