This role focuses on defining, standardizing, and embedding enterprise-wide marketing operating models to improve how marketing teams plan, execute, and optimize their work. It involves developing marketing processes, enabling tools, and driving change management across diverse marketing teams. The ideal candidate has expertise in marketing fundamentals, data-driven decision-making, and process implementation within large organizations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and maintain end‑to‑end marketing operating frameworks that span planning, intake, execution, optimization, and measurement
  2. Translate Marketing & Growth playbooks and the Marketing Charter into practical, scalable processes
  3. Establish enterprise standards for how marketing work is planned, prioritized, governed, and delivered
  4. Ensure processes are flexible enough to support diverse marketing motions while maintaining consistency
  5. Continuously assess and evolve ways of working to keep pace with business needs and market dynamics
