Lead Pcb Design Engineer

Anduril Anduril · Defense · Costa Mesa, CA · Mission Systems : Electromagnetic Warfare Engineering : EW RF

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Lead PCB Design Engineer to produce high-reliability printed circuit board designs for their products. The role involves applying modern design standards, implementing various design types (digital, analog, RF, power), leading DFM/DFA guidelines, refining PCB design processes, and coordinating external resources. The company's systems are powered by an AI-driven operating system, and they focus on autonomy, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designs supporting Anduril’s products.
  2. Apply modern design standards and guidelines to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assemblies.
  3. Implement combinations of high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs.
  4. Lead the team in establishing internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and overall quality fabrication and assembly outputs.
  5. Develop and refine team processes for PCB design, part creation, and library/database standards.
