Lead Physical Security Specialist at Boeing, responsible for developing and implementing security plans for classified facilities (SCIFs and SAPFs) supporting construction projects for Intelligence and DoD customers. Requires expertise in ICD-705, TEMPEST standards, and conducting technical inspections.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers and senior management across multiple program sites and business units
  2. Assist in presentation preparation for program status and reviews (internal and external)
  3. Have firm understanding of requirements of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 related to physical security and construction requirements for SAPFs submitting pre-construction and accreditation packages to include Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs), TEMPEST Assessments, and DCSA Forms 147s
  4. Complete or assist in the drafting and completion of the Concept of Operations and/or Construction Security Plans
  5. Conduct technical inspections and STC testing

Required

  • Experience designing, building, and accrediting SCIFs and SAPFs
  • Experience with ICD 705 and TEMPEST standards
  • Experience writing Construction Security Plans
  • Conducting and coordinating site security assessments
  • Creating Fixed Facility Checklists and documentation
  • Completion of U.S. Government-approved SCIF, SAPF, SSM, CST training course(s)
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Polygraph
  • Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or enrolled in Continuous Vetting
