Salesforce is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer for their IT/ITES vertical. This role involves strategic technical leadership, presales excellence, visionary demonstrations, solution architecture, and acting as a liaison between field and product/engineering teams. The candidate will translate business goals into technical architectures and design end-to-end solutions using Salesforce products. They will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to thought leadership. The role requires 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering or Technical Consulting, with strong architectural fluency in cloud computing, CRM, and related solutions, as well as executive presence and technical foundations in APIs, data architecture, and cloud-native platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead discovery sessions and solution design workshops and demonstrations for enterprise TMT customers. You will translate “big picture” business goals into actionable technical architectures
  2. Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex territories, respond to RFPs, and develop winning strategies for high-value business solutions.
  3. Bring the future to life through “Day in the Life” storytelling. You will design and deliver compelling proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions and demonstrations that resonate with C-suite executives.
  4. Design end-to-end solutions leveraging [Company] products tailored to TMT-specific business processes
  5. Serve as the go-to expert on TMT-specific trends and use cases, including subscriber management, content monetization, network operations, and media workflows.
