As an PSR performance engineer in the Database performance area, you will be a leading contributor in improving the PSR aspects. You will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures for the FA databases. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications.

T****he ideal candidate will have 10+ years of software engineering or related experience in the following areas:
-** Knowledge of Enterprise software suites** -** Extensive knowledge of DB and SQL, Transaction/locking concepts, schema design, performance monitoring and tuning, and ability to write/maintain sql/plsql code**
-** Knowledge of Oracle Database administration and architecture**
- Strong Architectural concepts around Cloud Computing and base software Development
-** Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, good and clean code practices, security/performance‑by‑design practices, debugging discipline**
-** Experience with load testing tools, profiling tools and regression testing, observability (logging/metrics/tracing),**
-** Ability to lead design reviews, evaluating new technologies, estimating and managing small projects, and mentoring teams.**
-** MS or BS in Engineering or computer Science**
-** Knowledge of Cloud Technologies**
-** Knowledge and know-how in latest AI advents is a big plus as AI based tools development is in the pipeline**
