Lead Principal Platform Software Engineer role focused on building next-generation intelligent Oracle SaaS applications by integrating Agentic AI capabilities into full-stack development and cloud-native engineering. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end features using Java and Python, leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE), and collaborating with AI/ML teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Set group-wide guardrails for platform interoperability, security controls, and client library governance.
  2. Own cross-group programs (e.g., identity, config, API gateway standards) with measurable reliability/performance impact.
  3. Establish shared observability frameworks and rollout policies adopted by numerous teams; manage deprecation risk.
  4. Leads project initiatives to design software solutions and identify and analyze requirements. Writes and defines foundational code for new projects or prototypes.
  5. Adheres to and improves execution of all phases of the software development lifecycle; coaches engineers across teams or units to drive improvements.
