We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a vision and experience in healthcare revenue cycle for improving medical coder’s productivity and developing AI products that reduce their burnout. This PM, with experience in healthcare revenue cycle, will drive the features and capabilities of clinical AI products.
We need a Product Manager to take full ownership of healthcare revenue cycle to transform into AI-driven solutions—turning it into autonomous coding. Lead the vision, design, and execution of coder-facing products by identifying manual healthcare revenue cycle workflows. Drive opportunities for AI to streamline processes, improve outcomes, and reduce cognitive load for clinicians. Collaborate with engineering, AI, and clinical teams to validate use cases, document PRDs, and track project success. This role requires close daily collaboration with senior engineering and AI leaders, as well as clinicians, to ensure alignment and impact.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in inbound product management, collaborating closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams. Proven track record of successfully driving product development. This includes proven experience in working directly with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate this into actionable product insights.
- Experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, writing requirements, and delivering complex products from concept to launch.
- Experience launching 0-to-1 products and driving market adoption.
- Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products, intelligent automation solutions, or data-driven platforms.
- Experience using data, analytics, customer insights, and KPIs to drive product decisions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare revenue cycle / medical coding domain knowledge. Knowledge of AI/ML development lifecycles, model evaluation methodologies, and responsible AI practices. Experience building AI-powered healthcare products, generative AI solutions, conversational AI, clinical decision support tools, or intelligent workflow automation. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, including payer-provider interactions, clinical workflows, or healthcare administrative transactions. MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent advanced experience.
Work closely with engineers to prioritize the backlog, create detailed feature stories, and manage sprint planning.
Develop clear requirements for engineering, track development progress, and validate features with customers.
Gain deep customer insights and differentiate the product by evaluating strategic and economic value.
Define and plan the product roadmap using customer research, usability studies, and market analysis.
Identify key trends and pain points in healthcare coding to drive AI-based innovation. Translate insights into essential value propositions with ROI and business case.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $119,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
