Lead Product Manager for Disney Cruise Line's Food and Beverage experience, focusing on product strategy, concept development, and delivery of technology initiatives to enhance Guest and Crew experiences and drive business growth. What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the development of the product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps for the Food and Beverage portfolio
  2. Define product strategy and present vision and strategic plans to senior management and executive leadership throughout the product lifecycle
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with technology and business leaders to establish strategies that leverage technology to enhance the Guest experience, Crew Experience, and drive value within the Food and Beverage line of business.
  4. Lead external vendor teams and internal squads to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope
  5. Translate product concepts into actionable deliverables including user stories, epics, and detailed requirements and manage through backlog refinement, prioritization, and user acceptance testing

Skills

Required

  • 7 years of product management experience
  • 5+ years in a highly technical product management role
  • delivering complex digital products, enterprise platforms, or distributed systems in close partnership with engineering teams
  • Experience and comfort solving problems in an ambiguous environment where there is regular change
  • Tenacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, inspire change, and collaborate with a variety of individuals and organizational partners
