Lead Product Manager, Seller Tech

Uber Uber · Consumer · New York, NY +2 · Product

Lead Product Manager for Uber's Seller Tech team, focusing on the end-to-end commercial platform. This role involves owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a multi-product domain, managing a team of PMs, and leading the design and integration of AI and agentic capabilities into the product surface. The goal is to translate business goals into product strategy and requirements for platform investments, ensuring scalability and architectural soundness.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a multi-product domain within the revenue lifecycle.
  2. Manage and develop a team of PMs. Raise the bar on durable product ownership, KPI-driven decisions, and shipping outcomes that matter.
  3. Build product strategy and roadmap that absorb the complexity of multi-LOB, multi-region sales motions without losing coherence or velocity.
  4. Lead the design and integration of AI and agentic capabilities into the product surface, including Agentforce and AI-augmented seller workflows. Decide what gets built, what gets integrated, and how the agentic layer interlocks with the platform foundation.
  5. Partner with engineering, operations, and adjacent product teams to shape solutions, sequence dependencies, and ensure platform changes are scalable, instrumented, and aligned to long-term architecture.
