Lead Product Manager for AT&T's Smart Home Products, focusing on strategy, business model, and portfolio decisions to ensure strong financial and strategic outcomes. This role involves defining multi-year product strategy, owning business cases and economics, leading portfolio and roadmap planning, and tracking business KPIs. Requires strong analytical, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and refine the multi‑year product strategy, including market positioning, target segments, competitive differentiation, the product’s role in the broader portfolio, and strategic sequencing across the customer journey.
  2. Own the business case and economics by building revenue, cost, margin, and LTV/CAC models, evaluating ROI for major initiatives, and partnering with finance on budgets and targets.
  3. Lead portfolio and roadmap planning from a business perspective by prioritizing features with other PMs, facilitating tradeoff discussions, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  4. Partner with operations, care, and support teams to understand cost drivers, identify opportunities to reduce cost‑to‑serve, and improve customer experience.
  5. Develop and track business‑level KPIs such as subscriber growth, ARPU, churn, attach rates, and profitability, and regularly report progress to leadership with recommended adjustments.
