We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Responsibilities
- Shape the overall success, goal, and strategic direction of the business AI portfolio in lockstep with vertical business service and core engineering leaders.
- Guide a permanent core group and rotating business and engineering teams through a two-week process of building functional, high-impact narrow wedges.
- Partner closely with enterprise AI and cloud product teams. Define the boundary lines between custom first-party interfaces and native Gemini enterprise tooling.
- Treat vertical business leaders and core engineering owners as strategic investors. Train embedded business builders to safely construct local AI agents.
- Oversee the seamless transition of mature sandbox solutions to vertical engineering teams for permanent hosting, global scale, and clean data integration.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience working alongside data scientists and machine learning engineers to deploy Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agentic workflows.
- Experience driving product strategy across various operational domains, partnering with vertical systems experts to map digital IT workflows and physical workplace, real estate, or IoT systems without disrupting core platform stability.
- Experience growing in ambiguous, low-structure environments (e.g., startup founder, early-stage venture team, or a research and development/incubation unit).
- Ability to build relationships with executive business stakeholders.
