Lead Product Marketing Manager for New Products at AT&T, responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to launch and position new products within a large enterprise environment, blending startup agility with corporate rigor.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute GTM plans for new products, leveraging innovative techniques from startup environments while aligning with AT&T’s scale and compliance standards
  2. Map out the customer journey to identify key touchpoints to improve overall experience and sales engagement
  3. Conduct deep market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends
  4. Craft compelling product stories that differentiate AT&T’s offerings in the marketplace.
  5. Establish/monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in product marketing
  • at least 2 years focused on launching new products
