Lead Product Technology - Adobe Experience Platform

This role focuses on owning the product vision, roadmap, and adoption of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem, including RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics. The Lead Product Technology will translate marketing strategies into platform capabilities, manage the platform-level backlog, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams (marketing, technology, analytics, privacy). The goal is to deliver AEP capabilities in a scalable, governed, and value-driven manner, defining success metrics and driving adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the product vision and roadmap for Adobe Experience Platform, including RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and related Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
  2. Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into prioritized platform capabilities, use‑case patterns, and phased delivery plans.
  3. Act as the primary product interface between Marketing and the Technology organization responsible for technical integrations and platform implementation.
  4. Maintain a platform‑level backlog and ensure alignment across related product backlogs.
  5. Define success metrics and KPIs for platform adoption, business impact, and time‑to‑value.
