The Lead Program Integrator – Lifecycle is responsible to drive CSO and quality projects initiative and execution. The LPI will ensure necessary technical expertise and resource are allocated to customer escalations and drive quick resolution. In additionally the LPI identify customer experience enhancement and product quality improvement opportunities, drive initiative projects.

Customer orientated, self motivate, Learn quickly and adapt new knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree or above in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, compute engineering or related field. Prior experience in MR system service, design or technical support. Proven experience in quality and project management.
