What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the primary liaison between the Program, Production Engineering team, and Operations, translating program goals into actionable project plans.
  2. Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional activities within the Program team and with external partners to ensure execution of the created Internal Work Transfer (IWT) Statement of Work (SOW).
  4. Identifies and maintains day-to-day oversight of cost, schedule, and performance metrics and reporting to leadership
  5. Monitor project risks and issues, proactively identifying mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

Nice to have

  • Experience in creation and execution of Statement of Work (SOW) documentation
  • Project Management of projects including Engineering definition, Quality requirements, and execution of complex assemblies to specification and on-time delivery
  • Composite Fabrication and/or Assembly of Aerospace components

What the JD emphasized

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
  • U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
  • An interim/Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
