Lead Project/Program Manager responsible for executing cross-functional projects supporting Digital Care chat and social media operations. This role involves partnering with various teams to translate ideas into clear plans, managing scope and timelines, tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Requires strong organization, communication, and follow-through.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
  2. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.
  3. Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
  4. Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.
  5. Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.
