Lead Quality Release Engineer

Salesforce is seeking a Release Manager for Regrello to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of updates and new features, minimizing disruptions and maximizing value. This role involves release quality control, execution of hotfixes and major releases, managing deployments in Hyperforce and Falcon environments, environment syncing, version control, governance, and communication. The role also emphasizes building high-quality software using AI in the development workflow, designing systems where AI agents integrate into human workflows, contributing to shared system context, and evaluating AI-generated code.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ability to push back on releases that are not meeting quality standards and communicate clearly why.
  2. Own the execution and coordination of weekly hotfixes, serving as the primary lead for "pressing the button" to deploy critical updates and bug fixes.
  3. Own the end-to-end schedule and logistics for major feature releases, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and business-critical systems remain stable.
  4. Manage and monitor deployments specifically within Hyperforce and Falcon environments, ensuring high standards for reliability and performance.
  5. Manage multiple environments (development, testing, staging, and production) and ensure they stay in sync across the entire release pipeline.
