Lead Regional Partner Manager

This role is for a Lead Regional Partner Manager focused on scaling Snyk's AI-native security solutions, particularly their agentic orchestration system (EVO by Snyk), within the NY/Tri-State area. The primary responsibility is to develop strategies with partners to integrate Snyk's DevSecOps and AI-SPM solutions, drive pipeline for EVO, and enable partners to secure AI applications and address risks like 'Shadow AI'. The role requires strong channel sales experience, AI and security acumen, and the ability to influence partner and customer adoption of secure AI development practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the AI Security Strategy: Develop and incorporate Snyk’s DevSecOps and EVO AI-SPM solutions into partner business plans to address the "Shadow AI" problem within the NY/Tri-State territory.
  2. Drive AI-Native Growth: Work closely with sales leadership to build a robust pipeline for EVO, focusing on key use cases like AI Inventory, Risk Intelligence, and AI Governance.
  3. Enable Partner Ecosystems: Train partners to articulate the value of agentic orchestration, helping them move customers from "policy on paper" to technical AI enforcement.
  4. Recruit Security-Focused Partners: Identify and onboard regional security partners in the Tri-State area who specialize in high-growth sectors like Finance and Tech.
  5. Execute Business Reviews: Lead regular performance reviews with stakeholders, using metrics like AI risk exposure and operational efficiency to demonstrate the ROI of the Snyk platform.
