This role focuses on driving the strategy and performance for Snyk's partner ecosystem in the APJ region, specifically scaling their AI-native security mission. The primary responsibility is to bring their agentic orchestration system, EVO by Snyk, to market by working with partners to adopt AI-powered security workflows, address "Shadow AI", build pipelines for EVO, and enable partners to articulate the value of agentic orchestration for technical AI enforcement and secure development practices for AI assets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the AI Security Strategy: Develop and incorporate Snyk’s DevSecOps and EVO AI-SPM solutions into partner business plans to address the "Shadow AI" problem within the APJ territory.
  2. Drive AI-Native Growth: Work closely with sales leadership to build a robust pipeline for EVO, focusing on key use cases like AI Inventory, Risk Intelligence, and AI Governance.
  3. Enable Partner Ecosystems: Train partners to articulate the value of agentic orchestration, helping them move customers from "policy on paper" to technical AI enforcement.
  4. Recruit Security-Focused Partners: Identify and onboard regional security partners in the APJ area who specialize in high-growth sectors like Finance and Tech.
  5. Execute Business Reviews: Lead regular performance reviews with stakeholders, using metrics like AI risk exposure and operational efficiency to demonstrate the ROI of the Snyk platform.

Skills

Required

  • Security Sales Expertise
  • Channel Mastery: Minimum of 7 or more years of Channel Sales experience with a focus on solution-selling and value-based techniques.
  • AI & Security Acumen: Strong understanding of the AppSec market and the unique risks associated with the AI supply chain, such as model serialization and prompt injection.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to build rapport with C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-product/multi-year deal cycles.
  • Bias for Action: High-energy personality comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with up to 25% travel.
