Lead Retail Indirect Sales

This role is focused on driving sales productivity and achieving sales objectives for AT&T's authorized retail channels. The Lead Retail Indirect Sales Manager will develop and implement growth strategies, partner with retail management, and analyze business reports to optimize sales performance and customer experience. The role is primarily product-focused within the consumer domain, with a mature AI maturity signal as it deals with established sales processes and products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Exceed targeted attainment, drive year-over-year store-level growth and grow door productivity to AT&T Retail performance
  2. Drive sales results, establish target interlock for geographic area; share best practices with the Authorized Retail district manager and above
  3. Implements strategic and tactical programs to grow AT&T's business inside and outside the retail walls. Effectively partner with Authorized Retail management to maximize efforts around the door swings both ways.
  4. Responsible for driving FirstNet, BAT, and Win Local activities within the district
  5. Works in partnership with the Authorized Retailer to improve customer experience
