This role is a pre-sales solutions specialist for AT&T's Cloud Voice portfolio, focusing on driving sales opportunities by providing technical consulting during sales calls, collaborating with customers, and demonstrating expertise in current and legacy voice services, UCaaS, and CCaaS platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of network and security services to identify sales opportunities and present AT&T solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. This position consults on technical issues during joint sales call with the sales team.
  2. Collaborates through a diverse scope of pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities requiring complex solutions and has a proven track record of supporting Cloud Voice solutions
  3. Responsibilities include consulting with customers, selling and supporting company products and systems.
  4. Position provides technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications.
  5. Consultant creates recommendations, and implements new methods, techniques, and/or procedures for complex solutions with diverse scope.
