Work You’ll Do
- Lead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of the RSA Archer platform to meet client business and technical requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain data-driven applications, fields, workflows, dashboards, reports, and access controls within Archer Collaborate with project leadership, architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Archer solutions
- Support and implement integrations between Archer and enterprise systems, including data imports, exports, and automation workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, workflow, and data issues with limited oversight, escalating only when appropriate
- Drive requirements analysis, solution documentation, testing, deployment support, and user enablement activities
- Support system upgrades, patching, release management, and platform enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Ensure all deliverables align with client security, compliance, and quality standards
- Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to overall solution delivery best practices

Qualifications
Required**: **
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in leu of degree.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Active Secret clearance
3+ years of hands-on experience within the following:
