Lead Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for the Customer Success Excellence (CSX) team, focusing on delivering high-value, tactical feature work across The Trade Desk platform. This hybrid role involves technical leadership in design and coding, as well as people management of a small engineering team, driving agile practices and customer-focused solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Demonstrate strong full-stack engineering skills and deliver high-quality, production-ready software.
  2. Act as an active reviewer in design and code reviews, raising the technical bar for the team.
  3. Shape technical approaches for complex, ambiguous problems and help engineers make sound design and implementation choices.
  4. Translate customer pain points and operational bottlenecks into well-scoped engineering work with clear, measurable goals.
  5. Manage a small team of engineers, holding regular 1:1s and leading performance and growth conversations.
