Salesforce is seeking a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer to focus on financial institutions (urban banks, securities, cards, leasing, regional financial institutions). The role involves understanding customer business and operational challenges, defining future states, and leading solution proposals using Salesforce products including CRM and AI agents. This includes creating customized demos, proposals, and driving business transformation through technology and AI. The role also contributes to marketing activities by creating industry content and speaking at events. The position requires experience in solution proposal activities for financial institutions or CRM-related solution areas (sales, project management, IT consulting) and demo development/customization.

  1. お客様の成功を技術とビジネスの両面から支援する Solutions Engineering部門 では、主にメガバンクグループ(銀行・証券・カード・リース等)向けソリューション提案をリードする Solutions Engineer を積極採用しています。
  2. Solutions Engineering は、当社クラウドソリューションの価値を最大化し、お客様の経営・業務課題を「あるべき姿(Vision)」として具体化・実現へ導く専門組織です。
  3. Account Executive(営業)と密に連携しながら、お客様の課題ヒアリングからソリューション構想、デモンストレーション、提案までを一貫して担い、単なる製品説明にとどまらない “ビジネス変革につながる提案” を行います。

Skills

Required

  • Experience in solution proposal activities for financial institutions
  • Experience in proposal activities, project management/leader, or IT consulting in CRM-centric solution areas (approx. 3+ years)
  • Experience in demo development and customization in the above solution areas

Nice to have

  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Solution proposal experience for major financial institutions, including CRM
  • Knowledge/experience in system integration between on-premises and cloud using ETL, APIs, etc.
  • Knowledge of data architecture design centered on data warehouses/data marts
  • Experience and knowledge of global-scale involvement in the above
  • Presentation/demonstration experience at seminars and events
