Lead Service Associate, 5 Am to 3:30 Pm Tuesday to Friday

This role is a Lead Service Associate in UPS's Healthcare team, focusing on order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating warehouse activities, using material handling equipment, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality compliance in various temperature environments. The role also involves managing service level agreements, supporting business products, and performing financial activities. It is not an AI-related role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinates with supervisor on all warehouse activities and performance.
  2. Utilize various pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including pallet movers, stand up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, and order pickers at heights up to 28 feet.
  3. Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities.
  4. Utilize computer-based warehouse management system (WMS) to perform all warehouse activities including outbound process, inbound process and inventory control.
  5. Manages the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded.
