Lead Software Engineer for Glean's Data Foundation Team, responsible for enterprise data ingestion and management infrastructure that powers Search and AI capabilities.   1. Lead new product initiatives involving ingesting, understanding, and interacting with enterprise data—experimenting, prototyping, and shipping ideas quickly.
  2. Scale robust distributed systems to handle billions of permissions-aware documents in real time, as well as build new systems from the ground up.
  3. Drive high, direct impact by collaborating with cross-functional teams on business-critical projects, and working directly with customers.

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 2 years experience as a technical lead
